Develop and execute annual growth plans, manage a multi-million-pound budget, own paid acquisition channels, run AI-driven experimentation and predictive models, optimise CPA/LTV:CAC, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated, measurable campaigns while building a test-and-learn culture.

Design and build data models, reports, and dashboards to support Claims and Fraud operations. Analyze performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
