Leads indirect procurement category strategies across HR, payroll, travel, and related spend. Manages sourcing projects, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, risk, and governance. Partners with senior stakeholders, delivers cost savings and commercial insights, improves procurement processes, supports Oracle Fusion and procure-to-pay activities, and mentors procurement team members.

Leads indirect procurement for subscriptions, managing contract lifecycles, renewals, sourcing events, negotiations, supplier relationships, risk evaluation, spend analysis, and cost optimization. Partners with IT, Legal, Information Security, Category Managers, and business stakeholders; uses Oracle Fusion to support procure-to-pay activities and invoice resolution. Maintains procurement records, supports SOX audits, develops policies, and drives process improvements through automation and technology.

Develops new marine fuel business and expands strategic customer relationships across the shipping industry. Manages customer portfolios, conducts commercial negotiations, monitors credit exposure, tracks marine fuel market trends, and collaborates with supply, operations, finance, and credit teams. The role also supports claims resolution, market strategy, business improvement initiatives, renewable fuel projects, and junior team development. Based in London with hybrid work and occasional European travel.
