Lead global indirect procurement strategy across HR, payroll, travel, and related categories. Manage strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, performance governance, cost optimization, risk reduction, and procurement transformation. Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and operations. Use market analysis, spend analytics, benchmarking, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership methodologies to deliver measurable savings. Coach procurement team members and support governance, automation, and capability development.

Develops new marine fuel business and expands strategic customer relationships across the shipping industry. Manages customer portfolios, conducts commercial negotiations, monitors credit exposure, tracks marine fuel market trends, and collaborates with supply, operations, finance, and credit teams. The role also supports claims resolution, market strategy, business improvement initiatives, renewable fuel projects, and junior team development. Based in London with hybrid work and occasional European travel.
