Supports the Head of Legal with contract reviews, NDA negotiation, legal matter tracking, document control, registers, approvals, and deadline management. Reviews consultancy and supplier agreements against templates and checklists, escalates complex issues, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, maintains legal records and templates, and conducts legal and property-related research. The role also supports efficient contract administration and legal operations across property, construction, procurement, compliance, IT, and business operations.

Manage the Building Consultancy sales ledger, monitor aged debt, and maximise cash collection. Responsibilities include pursuing outstanding invoices, resolving payment queries, maintaining accurate collection records, producing aged debt reports, and supporting cash targets. The role develops relationships with client finance teams, identifies payment risks and recurring billing issues, and escalates significant debts while collaborating with Partners, Directors, fee earners, and Finance.

Manage sustainability delivery across commercial property client portfolios. Responsibilities include environmental data, reporting and compliance; energy, water and waste reduction strategies; social value, wellbeing, biodiversity and occupier initiatives; sustainable procurement; consultant and project management; client reporting and advice; training; ISO 14001 management and audits; and sustainability communications. The role also supports business development, legislative updates and ongoing sustainability service development.
