Provides first-line employee relations support across the employee lifecycle, managing routine absence, attendance, probation, performance, and ER cases. Drafts HR correspondence, facilitates meetings, maintains case records, supports HR reporting and employee engagement initiatives, and assists with policy, HRIS, and process improvement projects. The role also provides administrative support to HR Business Partners and requires knowledge of UK employment law and confidential information handling.

Manages the Building Consultancy sales ledger and maximizes cash collection by monitoring aged debt, pursuing outstanding invoices, resolving payment queries, and maintaining accurate collection records. The role produces aged debt reporting, escalates significant issues, supports cash collection targets, and builds relationships with client finance teams. It also identifies recurring billing problems and collaborates with Finance and operational stakeholders to reduce payment delays.

Coordinates and continuously improves graduate and apprenticeship programmes across the organisation. Responsibilities include onboarding cohorts, supporting recruitment and assessment centres, monitoring learner progress, managing training providers and professional bodies, maintaining programme records, analysing data, and supporting compliance and programme development. The role builds relationships with learners, hiring managers, HR stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners while helping maximise Apprenticeship Levy usage.
