Lead end-to-end payroll operations for 1,000+ employees across two entities. Manage monthly payroll runs, validate pay elements, reconcile tax, benefits and pension accounts, resolve queries, oversee payroll journals, coach a payroll administrator, support insurance renewals, drive system upgrades and process improvements, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and data protection.

Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle: post jobs, screen applications, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, prepare offers and pre-employment checks, ensure compliance, support employer branding and recruitment events.

Lead and manage the full bid and tender lifecycle, improving proposal quality, commercial focus and win rates. Coordinate stakeholders, develop templates and collateral, maintain bid/content libraries (including Loopio), run post-submission reviews, and streamline BD processes across the firm.
