It is primarily office-based in Edinburgh and requires close collaboration with customers, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.

The Motion Designer will create launch videos, product animations, and social content, turning complex workflows into clear narratives while collaborating with various teams and managing freelancers.

Build and own Wordsmith’s privacy and compliance product vertical. Translate legal and regulatory requirements into structured AI-executable solutions, support pre-sales and customer engagements, apply privacy and compliance expertise to real-world problems, and contribute to broader legal products. The role requires independent ownership, strong AI literacy, client-facing confidence, and the ability to build solutions using Wordsmith’s platform without coding.

The Data Scientist (Product Analytics) will develop product analytics, improve data quality, conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategies and enhance user engagement.

Design and deliver product experiences for legal teams, build features, influence architecture, and foster collaborative practices.

The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end product design process, simplifying complex legal workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product direction and enhance user experience.

Manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with AI product teams, focusing on product integration and co-marketing efforts to drive adoption and pipeline growth.
