Teams at WeWork

Manage international statutory financial reporting for more than 200 entities across EMEA and APAC. Oversee reporting projects, audits, disclosures, GAAP adjustments, financial statement reviews, service providers, and project communications. Coordinate with accounting, tax, legal, treasury, payroll, real estate, and people operations teams. The role requires IFRS expertise, audit collaboration, complex accounting analysis, stakeholder management, and strong people leadership.

Serve as on-site Community Lead delivering excellent member experience through onboarding, retention conversations, events, building operations, safety incident response, and sales support. Curate member programming, manage move-ins/outs, resolve member issues using Medallia, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain building standards to foster community and drive member satisfaction.

Qualify and nurture inbound leads, own a territory to drive qualified tours and handoffs, prospect occasionally, manage the sales process in CRM/automation, collaborate with Leasing Teams, and deliver excellent customer service as a WeWork brand ambassador.
