The Senior Lead, Project Management oversees project portfolios, coordinating teams and vendors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.

Manage member experience across a 2-4 building portfolio. Own member engagement, retention, NPS, and Medallia escalations. Lead onsite operations, vendor and landlord escalations, ancillary revenue initiatives, and building budgets. Recruit, train, coach, and manage community teams to meet service SLAs and business goals while conducting tours and supporting enterprise or classic location requirements.

Manage multi-country payroll for assigned EMEA and APAC countries, prepare and review payroll data/submissions, liaise with vendors and internal partners, run reports, maintain SOPs and controls, handle employee queries, assist payroll accounting, and support process improvements and team mentorship.
