Manage member experience across a 2-4 building portfolio. Own member engagement, retention, NPS, and Medallia escalations. Lead onsite operations, vendor and landlord escalations, ancillary revenue initiatives, and building budgets. Recruit, train, coach, and manage community teams to meet service SLAs and business goals while conducting tours and supporting enterprise or classic location requirements.

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for members and guests, greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, handling mail and packages, supporting building operations, promoting WeWork services, maintaining member records, and escalating incidents as needed to ensure a welcoming, functional community space.

The Senior Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, and supporting a team while handling audits and reporting.
