Serve as the on-site point of contact and face of WeWork: manage the front desk, greet members and guests, support events and member engagement, handle mail/keycard processes, maintain building operations, assist Community Manager, and promote WeWork services while using tools like Welkio and Kube to log member interactions.

Manage and coordinate multi-country EMEA and Pacific payrolls: collect and prepare payroll data, liaise with vendors and internal partners, run reports, maintain SOX controls and payroll checklists, handle employee queries, document SOPs, and support process improvements and projects.
