Manage financial performance of individual projects: produce forecasts, cashflow reports, and project financial reporting. Control procurement/subcontractor costs, investigate variances, support journal entries, and liaise with project teams, clients, and finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely payments.

Lead and organise electrical engineering delivery across rail, tunnel, power and construction projects. Oversee compliance with legislation, review designs up to 33kV, provide technical solutions, conduct site visits, support procurement, attend FAT/SAT, and mentor graduates and apprentices while ensuring SHE and design risk processes are met.
