Manage full localisation project cycles (translation, dubbing, subtitling) from brief to invoicing: planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, client communication, reporting, invoicing and process improvements, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

Provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, HRIS administration, learning and development, and immigration (Skilled Worker visas). Advise managers on policies, support change initiatives, run UK payroll, produce HR reporting, and help improve HR systems, processes and employee engagement activities.

Provide front-of-house reception and administrative support, manage mail, meeting rooms, supplies, travel and courier bookings, and assist Office Manager with office operations, credit payment records, and event/setup tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning.
