Manage and grow strategic client accounts for VSI's localization services. Build account plans, drive upsell/cross-sell, own revenue and margin targets, prepare proposals and RFP responses, maintain CRM pipelines, liaise with internal teams and vendors, and report on account performance and trends.

Coordinates dubbing script creation from supplier resourcing through final delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling, rate negotiation, linguistic guidance, script adaptation and review, media and material quality control, formatting, word and character counts, supplier documentation, purchase orders, Voice Q workflow management, and edit decision list creation. The role also supports scripting tool implementation and communicates production issues to dubbing producers.

Manage global studio production projects involving technical and AI-enabled tooling from quotation through delivery and invoicing. Responsibilities include testing and evaluating software, creating technical test cases and documentation, training teams, troubleshooting tools, monitoring production processes, tracking costs and risks, generating reports, and providing quality control for AI-generated content. The role partners with development, technical, supplier, and studio teams to improve workflows and production efficiency.

Provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, HRIS administration, learning and development, and immigration (Skilled Worker visas). Advise managers on policies, support change initiatives, run UK payroll, produce HR reporting, and help improve HR systems, processes and employee engagement activities.

Responsible for producing consolidated accounts, supporting financial reporting, audits, compliance, and implementing group accounting policies. Requires strong Excel and accounting standards knowledge.
