Responsible for producing consolidated accounts, supporting financial reporting, audits, compliance, and implementing group accounting policies. Requires strong Excel and accounting standards knowledge.

Manage full localisation project cycles (translation, dubbing, subtitling) from brief to sign-off, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, quality standards, client communication, reporting, and process improvements while supporting Sales and Account Management.

Responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Group Financials systems, primarily Microsoft Business Central, while working with IT and finance teams.

Manage and grow strategic client accounts for VSI's localization services. Build account plans, drive upsell/cross-sell, own revenue and margin targets, prepare proposals and RFP responses, maintain CRM pipelines, liaise with internal teams and vendors, and report on account performance and trends.
