Leads complex SAP/Vistex implementation projects from initiation through go-live. Owns scope, schedules, budgets, financials, resources, risks, deliverables, change requests, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates client, implementation partner, vendor, and cross-functional teams while ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery. Provides hands-on project leadership, escalation management, project planning, estimation, and onsite support as required.

Provides functional consulting for Vistex GTMS cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, system design and configuration, data loading, testing, demonstrations, documentation, and quality assurance. Maps customer requirements to Vistex solutions, collaborates with technical teams on integrations and enhancements, writes functional specifications, resolves project issues, and supports customer delivery. Requires SAP SD configuration expertise, pricing and OTC knowledge, client communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to travel.

Deliver functional consulting for Vistex product implementations: gather requirements, create blueprints, identify FRICEW items, configure solutions, support integration testing and post-go-live activities, perform QA, and document systems while learning and applying Vistex functionality to map customer business needs.

Lead multiple SAP implementation projects, build client relationships, manage scope/budgets/SOWs, develop integrated project plans, track metrics, mitigate risks, mentor junior PMs, and support pre-sales and service growth efforts.

The GTMS Consultant drives project execution for GTMS implementations, managing requirements, system design, testing, and customer communication, ensuring successful transitions and knowledge transfer.
