Vistex is expecting hypergrowth with the GTMS solution and is seeking to hire a GTMS Consultant to join our team! This exciting, yet challenging opportunity, allows this individual to lead and be actively involved in high touch, high visibility engagements with customers during the GTMS implementations.

As a GTMS Consultant, you will be a focal point of contact for the customers on that project and will be responsible for driving the entire project right from requirement gathering sessions, designing the solution, configuring the system, doing system walkthroughs, testing and working cross-functionally with other teams such as product development, training, support and system administration. You will be the force behind the project and have a comprehensive view of all the deliverables and deliver within project timelines using the prescribed implementation methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the end to end business process for the customers and deliver a solution that provides with tangible and intangible business benefits
  • Delve deep and gain expertise in the GTMS software features and functionalities to be highly knowledgeable in mapping customer’s wants and needs to the system design
  • Take ownership in designing and building the system as per established best practices
  • Accountable for driving and collaborating with the back-office team to enable them to set up the system, build system interfaces, tailor the UI and deliver reports as per the design
  • Author detailed functional specifications to guide the back-office team to build custom enhancements, reports and statements that satisfy specific customer needs
  • Showcase the solution by leading system walkthroughs on a regular basis during the course of the build phase for the customers to give them a sneak peek on their future solution that will diminish their pain points
  • Perform quality assurance by identifying and resolving system issues during validation phases to present the customer with a smooth testing experience
  • Empower the customers by providing knowledge transfer sessions to the customer for system handover so they can be self-sufficient after go-live.  
  • Orchestrate the cutover to production and coordinate all tasks required by various teams during go-live in the production environment for seamless transition.
  • Continue to learn and gain expertise on new features and functionalities in the ongoing GTMS releases and at the same time mentor new hires by disseminating acquired knowledge.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue to Report, Pricing and other Revenue Management Programs like rebates, incentives etc. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team player attitude and flexibility with working with different time zones Must have excellent communication and client handling skills to be able to excel in high pressure situations Thrive on independent thinking with keen problem solving and analytical skills Is passionate about learning new software with continuously updated features and functionalities and must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do configuration of the software Actively involved in full lifecycle software implementations of the software from requirement to hypercare Adept at running workshops with customers to extract requirements, analyze them comprehensively and formulate the design of the to-be solution Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing packaged software for one or more business processes under your belt
