Vistex Senior Functional Consultant will provide technical expertise and consulting for implementation of Vistex products. Must be willing and commit to learning Vistex product offerings and the Go-To-Market solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote/on-site functional consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions.
  • Attend tickets assigned from Vital Link and on-time/low-cost solution applying the defined quality/best practices standards.
  • Conduct workshops to Gather and Document Business Requirements into a Blueprints
  • Identify and document all required Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and/or Workflow (FRICEW) for development during the Realization Phase of the project.
  • Execute Configuration of Vistex’s Solutions.
  • Support Integration testing by providing expertise & defect resolution. Support Post Go-live activities such as critical care support, and knowledge transfer.
  • Get a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution.
  • Perform quality assurance on the system built for the customer.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to the customer for system support.
  • Learn and gain expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offerings.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Participated in multiple lifecycle SAP implementations Knowledge/experience in MM / SD pricing and OTC Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines Ability to learn new software quickly Preferred Vistex knowledge or implementation experience is a plus
