Support Partnerships and Partner Success teams by preparing commercial materials, researching partners, testing product features, documenting products, setting up marketing campaigns, and analyzing service performance data. Help partners improve ridership, service quality, efficiency, and growth through actionable recommendations. This is a full-time, six-month minimum hybrid internship based in London.

Develop and maintain Via’s production algorithm codebase and mission-critical backend services. Improve existing algorithms and business logic, build new technical systems, and optimize performance for global transportation platforms. Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers, algorithm developers, and researchers while owning complex software and working with cloud infrastructure.

Research and develop Via’s core transportation algorithms, using experimentation, data analysis, optimization, and analytical techniques to solve complex problems. Build reliable, production-quality services, analyze large datasets, improve algorithm performance, and take solutions from initial research through deployment. Collaborate with algorithm developers, researchers, data scientists, and software engineers while maintaining mission-critical cloud systems.

Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts responsible for Citymapper’s regional data quality and reliability. Own data strategy, partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations on priorities, improve workflows and automation, and translate complex datasets into actionable product insights. The role requires strong people leadership, project management, cross-functional communication, and comfort working with technical teams and ambiguous operational challenges.

Lead and scale the sales efforts of Citymapper's advertising business by developing commercial strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth in core markets.

Leads strategic partnerships and full-cycle, quota-carrying business development across the UK and Nordics. Builds data-driven business cases, develops relationships with government officials and executives, consults on regional transit plans and funding, manages contracting, and identifies market and pricing trends. Represents Via through marketing campaigns, conferences, and thought leadership while collaborating cross-functionally on product and operational improvements and mentoring junior colleagues.

As a Partner Success Associate at Via, you will build relationships with partners in Western Europe, support transportation systems, analyze service performance data, and drive contract renewals and service expansions.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product teams with a focus on the London and broader European market. Define hiring profiles, build proactive candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers to design rigorous processes, run efficient candidate experiences, and provide market insights to raise hiring standards.

Lead Via's commercial strategy across the UK & Nordics, building partnerships and closing complex deals in public transport. Drive sales, navigate regional buying landscapes, and represent Via in the market.
