Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product teams with a focus on the London and broader European market. Define hiring profiles, build proactive candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers to design rigorous processes, run efficient candidate experiences, and provide market insights to raise hiring standards.

Lead and scale global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across multiple countries. Build and develop a global payroll team, establish governance, manage vendor and EOR relationships, drive payroll technology strategy (Workday, iiPay, P&I Loga), oversee equity compensation payroll, ensure tax and statutory compliance, and deliver payroll reporting, metrics, and continual process improvements.

Lead Via's commercial strategy across the UK & Nordics, building partnerships and closing complex deals in public transport. Drive sales, navigate regional buying landscapes, and represent Via in the market.
