Lead and scale global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across multiple countries. Build and develop a global payroll team, establish governance, manage vendor and EOR relationships, drive payroll technology strategy (Workday, iiPay, P&I Loga), oversee equity compensation payroll, ensure tax and statutory compliance, and deliver payroll reporting, metrics, and continual process improvements.

Lead a mobile engineering team to build and scale iOS and Android apps, own roadmap and architecture, improve performance and reliability, drive cross-functional feature delivery, enhance development practices and CI/CD, and hire and mentor engineers.

Lead Via's commercial strategy across the UK & Nordics, building partnerships and closing complex deals in public transport. Drive sales, navigate regional buying landscapes, and represent Via in the market.
