Owns enterprise cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps transformation programs from inception through delivery. Manages governance, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional engineering teams. Oversees multi-cloud environments, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, ITIL compliance, reliability, uptime, and monitoring while translating technical initiatives for business stakeholders.

Supports Verifone’s international legal function by managing global entity governance, corporate records, statutory filings, and corporate transactions. Reviews and administers routine commercial agreements, supports contract lifecycle management, coordinates legal requests, liaises with service providers, and improves legal processes across a multinational organization.

Leads product strategy and execution across multiple payment technology product lines. Oversees portfolio management, roadmaps, market research, customer feedback, enterprise RFP proposals, product development, launches, and optimization. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver scalable solutions across EMEA and global markets. Advises executives on product investments, drives analytics-based decisions, and leads global cross-functional teams delivering complex payments initiatives.
