Leads product strategy and execution across multiple payment technology product lines. Oversees portfolio management, roadmaps, market research, customer feedback, enterprise RFP proposals, product development, launches, and optimization. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver scalable solutions across EMEA and global markets. Advises executives on product investments, drives analytics-based decisions, and leads global cross-functional teams delivering complex payments initiatives.

The Partner Account Manager will manage strategic partnerships, oversee performance, identify business opportunities, and ensure the success of joint initiatives in the payments industry.

Lead EMEA hardware product strategy and catalogue; act as regional liaison to global product, sales, and CS; manage certification roadmaps, pre-production samples, NPI readiness, lifecycle/EOL planning; run demo/evaluation and partner enablement programs; maintain competitive positioning, field reliability escalation, and regional hardware KPIs and operating reviews.

Own global strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for unattended and petroleum-focused payment hardware. Drive market analysis, customer validation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional execution from concept through launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, platform software, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver scalable, certified hardware solutions and manage portfolio optimization, EOL planning, and global rollouts.
