What It's Like to Work at VelocityEHS

I believe the work we are doing here at VelocityEHS is positively impacting workers across the globe. Nothing excites me more when our customers share how all of their hard work is improving workplace safety & culture. It's more than software, it's people, and we get to play a small part in making workplaces safer each day we show up.

Coming back to VelocityEHS felt like coming home. I left to explore new opportunities, but I quickly realized how rare it is to find a culture as people focused, inclusive, and collaborative as this one. Returning wasn't just about the role, but the community that bring out the best in its people.

I love working with our entire team. Everyone is always there to support each other, we celebrate the small and big wins, and we always have a good time during our happy hours, team meetings or just sharing funny stories. I enjoy the employee engagement activities offered like FitFam challenges, our affinity groups and summer Fridays!!

What I love most about working at Velocity is the incredible sense of community and support. Despite being a remote company, Velocity has created a welcoming environment where everyone feels connected and valued. The collaborative spirit and emphasis on work-life balance make it a special place to work.

I wake up each day and feel a sense of pride and gratitude that I get to work for a company who makes a real difference in improving the health and safety of workers around the globe, and helping businesses become more sustainable.
