Provides post-sales technical support for enterprise storage customers, resolving and escalating issues, managing technical operations, and supporting installations, upgrades, break-fix work, and expansions. Builds customer relationships, manages bugs and feature requests, supports account teams, and meets SLAs and KPIs. Requires expertise in storage, networking, Linux administration, file systems, scale-out NAS, Bash scripting, and customer-facing technical operations.

The Senior Systems Engineer will assist customers with evaluations, installations, and configurations while collaborating with R&D to define product requirements. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, demonstrating expertise in storage products, and assisting in team development and recruitment.

The role involves developing go-to-market strategies for VAST Data within the UK Defence & Secure Government sectors, building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and closing strategic sales opportunities, and representing the company at industry events.
