The Senior Systems Engineer will assist customers with evaluations, installations, and configurations while collaborating with R&D to define product requirements. Coordinate and manage onsite deployments, expansions, and break-fix field service engagements. Act as operational lead across customers, sales, support, field engineers and vendors to ensure scheduling, logistics, escalation, documentation, and revenue recognition are completed on time.
