Lead EMEA debt capital raising legal work, including acquisition, construction, securitization, leveraged, project, and real estate financings. Negotiate transaction documents, monitor covenant and post-closing compliance, manage external counsel, advise on amendments, waivers, M&A financing issues, and lender consents, and improve legal and compliance processes. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Development, Power, and senior executives to manage risk and support data center business objectives across jurisdictions.

Leads uninterrupted 24/7/365 operations for a Tier III data center campus. Manages electrical, mechanical, HVAC, backup power, controls, fire prevention, maintenance, testing, commissioning, safety, reliability, budgets, purchasing, documentation, and compliance. Supervises technicians and contractors, develops maintenance and training programs, oversees SOP/EOP/MOP execution, supports customers with engineering recommendations, and maintains critical infrastructure readiness.

Supports EMEA FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and monthly reporting. Develops Power BI dashboards and maintains financial data frameworks for leasing and revenue forecasting. Partners with senior stakeholders, supports board and investor reporting, and drives process improvements through automation and AI-enabled finance solutions.

Build and lead a global reliability and technical assurance function for Vantage's data center fleet. Define fleetwide reliability baselines and risk models, perform technical inspections across electrical, mechanical, controls and commissioning, drive corrective actions and closed-loop learning, establish standards, executive reporting, and scale a central assurance team.

Lead technical delivery of physical security design for EMEA data centres: develop and standardize security systems (access control, VMS, PIDS, cabling, PSIM), review consultant designs, support site selection and project phases, run technical workshops, ensure compliance with standards, and provide stakeholder technical authority and innovation.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations using Python/PySpark on Azure (ADF, ADLS Gen2, Synapse). Own pipelines in production, perform monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning, create SQL views/tables, support analytics and AI use cases, enforce data governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

The Principal Mechanical Engineer will oversee mechanical systems design for data centers, providing technical leadership, managing product development, and ensuring project quality while engaging with stakeholders.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will support technical solutions, engage in RFP processes, design proposals, and engineer cost-effective solutions for customers' IT environments.

The Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs to enhance product delivery at Vantage, ensuring clear scopes, readiness checks, and effective risk management throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead automation design across EMEA from concept to delivery: develop secure, scalable SCADA/PLC architectures, design OT networks, ensure IEC62443 alignment, review designs, troubleshoot live sites, produce technical documentation, and develop/test PLC and SCADA code libraries.

Senior technical authority for electrical engineering across EMEA data centre portfolio. Lead design governance, resilience validation, technical assurance, and delivery of HV/MV/LV, UPS, generator, protection, and energy systems from concept through commissioning. Drive reference designs, standards, consultant oversight, innovation (battery storage, liquid cooling), and cross-functional alignment to ensure constructability, operational readiness, and long-term platform performance.

Lead the design and execution of advanced technical solutions for hyperscale and enterprise clients in data centers and AI environments, ensuring efficient, scalable solutions align with customer needs.

Serve as client-side electrical technical authority for data center projects: lead electrical design, manage external consultants, develop specifications, support construction and commissioning, drive standardized modular designs (DfMA), advise on OFCI procurement, conduct field investigations, and coach junior engineers while ensuring compliance with codes, IEC standards, and EU construction regulations.
