Lead EMEA debt capital raising legal work, including acquisition, construction, securitization, leveraged, project, and real estate financings. Negotiate transaction documents, monitor covenant and post-closing compliance, manage external counsel, advise on amendments, waivers, M&A financing issues, and lender consents, and improve legal and compliance processes. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Development, Power, and senior executives to manage risk and support data center business objectives across jurisdictions.

Leads uninterrupted 24/7/365 operations for a Tier III data center campus. Manages electrical, mechanical, HVAC, backup power, controls, fire prevention, maintenance, testing, commissioning, safety, reliability, budgets, purchasing, documentation, and compliance. Supervises technicians and contractors, develops maintenance and training programs, oversees SOP/EOP/MOP execution, supports customers with engineering recommendations, and maintains critical infrastructure readiness.

Supports EMEA FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and monthly reporting. Develops Power BI dashboards and maintains financial data frameworks for leasing and revenue forecasting. Partners with senior stakeholders, supports board and investor reporting, and drives process improvements through automation and AI-enabled finance solutions.
