Lead a portfolio of new product bets from discovery through commercialisation. Hire and grow product managers, set product direction and delivery standards, own pricing, packaging and go-to-market, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and customer impact. Build cross-functional partnerships and represent the program to senior leadership.

Provide administrative support to People Experience and Workplace Experience teams and coordinate day-to-day operations of the London office. Manage calendars, meetings, travel, records, vendor coordination, office supplies, events, and executive visit support. Serve as primary workplace contact, foster inclusive culture, and ensure smooth operational delivery.
