Performs pre- and post-go-live performance tuning and troubleshooting for Unit4 Financials by Coda implementations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical and application performance issues, tuning databases and SQL queries, developing monitoring and remediation processes, supporting SaaS Azure environments, and optimizing Java-based applications. The role collaborates with performance consultants and database administrators, provides proactive technical support, and may involve occasional customer visits.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns for Professional and Business Services audiences. Own campaign strategy, roadmaps, content, budgets, performance reporting, pipeline attribution, and revenue impact. Collaborate with product, field, digital, creative, sales, business development, and customer success teams across global regions. Develop industry-specific messaging, support ABM initiatives, align campaigns with sales priorities, and use data to improve buyer journeys and campaign ROI.

Own the full-cycle new business sales process for Unit4’s PSA solution, from prospecting and demonstrations through negotiation and closing new customer logos. Develop sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, forecast pipeline, present proposals, and communicate solution benefits. Collaborate with management, operations, partners, and clients while serving as a subject matter expert and maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies and market developments.

Provide hands-on application support for Unit4 ERP customers across EMEA and the UK. Resolve standard and complex support cases, manage escalations, and serve as a subject matter expert. Mentor and train colleagues, improve processes, contribute to special projects, and expand expertise across Unit4 ERP and ERPx. The role requires Financial/Logistics module knowledge, basic SQL troubleshooting, strong English communication, and occasional customer-site travel.

Own strategic analysis and research workstreams, monitor company priorities, synthesize performance data, assess competitive and regulatory dynamics, and develop recommendations and Board-ready materials. Support annual objective setting, quarterly reporting, and Office of the CEO initiatives while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide proactive performance reviews, readiness assessments, health checks, and post-go-live adoption analysis for SaaS/ERP customers. Identify risks, optimize business processes, improve adoption and value realization, and advise on AI-enabled productivity improvements. Partner with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Managed Services, and Product teams; influence senior stakeholders; and create repeatable playbooks while tracking measurable outcomes.

Lead Unit4’s global Product and Engineering organization for Coda and FP&A, owning product strategy, engineering execution, architecture, technology investment, roadmap, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Partner with the General Manager on business strategy, modernize established financial platforms, improve delivery speed and reliability, apply AI to products and engineering, engage strategic customers, and build scalable leadership, talent, and operating models.
