Leads the global customer support organization, setting strategy, operating models, performance disciplines, workforce plans, budgets, and transformation priorities. Partners with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, and go-to-market leaders to improve resolution times, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Drives adoption of AI, automation, self-service, and knowledge management while developing leadership capabilities and using customer insight to influence product and business priorities.

Tune and troubleshoot Unit4 Financials by Coda performance before and after go-live across project and business-as-usual environments. Develop proactive monitoring, detection, remediation, and continuous performance-tuning processes. Perform database tuning involving SQL queries, indexes, statistics, and views, while supporting Java applications, web services, replication, Azure SaaS infrastructure, and networking. Collaborate with the performance optimization consultant and database administrator to deliver technical and application support.

Partner with Customer Success Managers to help customers maximize Unit4 Financials through adoption, process optimization, reporting improvements, and measurable value realization. Analyze usage and finance processes, identify optimization opportunities, recommend best practices, support outcome-based services, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Consulting, and Customer Excellence teams. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial management, digital transformation, and scalable use of ERP functionality.

Provide proactive performance reviews, readiness assessments, health checks, and post-go-live adoption analysis for SaaS/ERP customers. Identify risks, optimize business processes, improve adoption and value realization, and advise on AI-enabled productivity improvements. Partner with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Managed Services, and Product teams; influence senior stakeholders; and create repeatable playbooks while tracking measurable outcomes.

Lead Unit4’s global Product and Engineering organization for Coda and FP&A, owning product strategy, engineering execution, architecture, technology investment, roadmap, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Partner with the General Manager on business strategy, modernize established financial platforms, improve delivery speed and reliability, apply AI to products and engineering, engage strategic customers, and build scalable leadership, talent, and operating models.

Lead a portfolio of new product bets from discovery through commercialisation. Hire and grow product managers, set product direction and delivery standards, own pricing, packaging and go-to-market, and be accountable for commercial outcomes and customer impact. Build cross-functional partnerships and represent the program to senior leadership.
