Own ad monetization strategy for a portfolio of mobile games from prototype through launch. Build and optimize ad waterfalls, manage mediation setups, onboard and troubleshoot ad partners, conduct rigorous A/B tests, track monetization KPIs, and report insights to product, user acquisition, and leadership teams. Drive new monetization initiatives in partnership with engineering and collaborate across product, QA, and growth functions.

The Engineering Product Manager bridges Engineering and Game Product teams, owning internal engineering product backlogs and roadmaps. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining product specifications, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating development and releases, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring success metrics, and improving engineering tools and workflows. The role requires technical fluency across software development, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and game development.

Lead cross-functional teams (~30) to deliver mobile game features from prototype to live operations. Manage roadmaps, Agile ceremonies, dependencies, risks, and reporting while balancing product quality and business goals. Resolve conflicts, optimize processes, and coordinate with central teams (UA, Data, Tech) to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Deliver and validate statistical logic for a company-wide experimentation platform. Prototype analyses in Python, perform independent QA of platform outputs, investigate discrepancies, automate QA where possible, collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, ML and product teams, and contribute to future statistical and ML initiatives.

Lead the AI/ML/Data team at Tripledot Studios, driving initiatives to enhance games and monetization while managing a high-performing team.
