Leads UK and Europe pricing strategy, operations, frameworks, competitive analysis, repricing initiatives, deal desk support, and performance management. Partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and executive stakeholders to improve commercial performance through value-based pricing, analytical models, reporting, and data-driven recommendations. Manages a small team and supports complex customer negotiations and renewal processes.

Supports TransUnion UK’s second-line risk function by advising stakeholders, challenging risk management practices, conducting risk reviews, assessing controls, preparing governance and regulatory reports, maintaining the risk framework, and improving risk metrics, dashboards, and monitoring processes. The role collaborates with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Data Governance, and business stakeholders in an FCA-regulated environment.

The role involves managing corporate communications strategies, developing PR campaigns, coaching spokespeople, and handling crisis communications while collaborating across teams.
