Owns end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for Monevo UK, coordinating Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams. The role manages launch plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications across concurrent implementations. It also resolves delivery barriers, improves onboarding processes and scalability, monitors performance metrics, and directly manages one Product Operations Analyst.

Owns full-cycle sales of complex consumer credit and reporting solutions, from prospecting and proposals through negotiation, contracting, and account growth. Builds strategic client relationships, manages high-value opportunities, achieves revenue targets, monitors market trends, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role also contributes to product innovation and business-case development while collaborating with sales, product, and specialist teams.

Serve as primary operational owner for strategic customers: lead onboarding, training, implementations, operational reviews, and fraud analysis. Drive adoption, deliver projects, provide insights, support renewals/expansions, and act as trusted advisor across multiple time zones.
