Leads Trading Technologies’ global Platform Operations organization, including SRE, Systems Engineering, Deployment, Platform Engineering, Service Improvement, and Release Management. Owns reliability, incident response, SLO/SLI governance, CI/CD, observability, cloud administration, AI-driven automation, and operational integration of acquisitions. Builds global leadership and engineering capabilities, manages budgets and vendors, and drives measurable improvements in deployment velocity, MTTR, platform resilience, and customer service quality.
