Provide multi-channel customer support (email, phone, live chat) for global clients, resolve trading and administrative issues, update CRM records, monitor market news to proactively inform customers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead delivery across Trading UIs and Execution & Trading verticals, translating trading and risk needs into product requirements, owning backlogs, defining metrics, and shaping continuous and strategic roadmaps for trading platforms, integrations, and execution systems.

Provide hands-on legal and contract support to Legal & HR: draft and review commercial documents, maintain contract management system, manage contract lifecycle, perform multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory research, coordinate document execution, liaise with stakeholders, maintain templates and policies, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
