The role also assists with financial accounting projects, CONETS reporting, treasury accounting cover, and establishing tax processes for new entities. It requires experience with VAT, corporation tax, partial exemption, commercial tax compliance, Excel, and preferably Alphatax.

Develops pricing management information and performance reporting across Toyota Financial Services brands and products. Leads Fair Value assessments, pricing MI, wholesale MI, KPI analysis, and ad hoc reporting for senior management and governance committees. Collaborates with Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal, and New Business while maintaining pricing policies and procedures. The role requires analytical finance skills, strong Excel capability, commercial awareness, and experience producing high-quality management information in a regulated environment.

Own and govern the enterprise-wide business and technology change portfolio, including prioritization, reporting, financial and resource planning, risk management, benefits tracking, and governance. Lead the PMO, maintain portfolio and change frameworks, manage project managers and business analysts, oversee selected projects, and align UK portfolio activities with European requirements. Provide executive reporting, stakeholder management, resource allocation, people leadership, and continuous improvement across project and business analysis practices.

Supports Toyota Financial Services’ pricing function through pricing MI, retail and wholesale performance reporting, Fair Value assessments, dashboard and KPI analysis, and ad hoc management information. The role works with Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal, and New Business to identify trends, monitor regulatory requirements, improve processes, and support pricing governance and senior-management decisions across Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, and Redline products.

Manages IT department administrative governance across procurement, finance, supplier relationships, and projects. Responsibilities include purchase orders, invoices, budgeting, accruals, fixed assets, service cost reporting, recharge invoicing, timesheets, audit support, supplier monitoring, and portfolio documentation. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and reporting skills, along with familiarity with IT environments, license management, supplier management, and operating and capital expenditure.

Supports the Tax Manager with UK tax compliance and accounting across Toyota subsidiaries. Responsibilities include preparing current and deferred corporation tax accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, transfer pricing and group relief compliance, PAYE Settlement Agreement claims, Making Tax Digital activities, and Senior Accounting Officer compliance. The role also maintains tax procedures and establishes tax processes for new entities while liaising with HMRC, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
