The role in a nutshell: Performance of IT audits and assurance tasks across TFSUK Group entities and/or subsidiaries & KINTO.

About the EAR Internal Audit: Internal Audit acts as an assurance provider and consultant to Senior / Line management to support efficient work processes. Group Internal Audit reports its activities to EAR Corporate Audit and the TFSC Global Audit Group and monitors the activities of Local Internal Audit Departments to ensure adequate standards exist in these functions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out IT audits, SOX ITGC Testing and ISO27001 assessments for TFSUK Group and KINTO Europe companies.
  • Main focus is compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley).
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of IT controls based on a generally accepted international standard for IT governance (=> COBIT-Framework) to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
  • Documentation and report writing to conclude all testing and prepare draft reports, where applicable.
  • Regular follow-up on the status of open audit findings to track progress to completion.
  • Providing up-to-date information on quarterly reporting (with regard to the progress of the IT audit plan, summary of key findings and implementation status of agreements made) to regional management and Group Audit (TFSC Global Audit Group).
  • Any ad-hoc audit tasks, as required by line management.

How you could stretch this role:

  • Development and maintenance of audit programmes, audit procedures, and audit checklists.
  • Implementation of the “KAIZEN”-principle within the IT audit environment.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of the EAR Audit quarterly reporting process.
  • Development of the annual risk-oriented IT audit planning in relation to all IT systems and applications across TFSUK Group & KINTO entities.
Requirements

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics or comparable training
  • Professional audit  qualifications optional (CIA / CISA / CISM) or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the internal audit or an auditing firm or similar
  • Several years of experience in dealing with IT systems in an internationally active company
  • Good knowledge of regulatory and other legal requirements
  • Good knowledge of IT security standards (NIST, ISO27001), standards for IT corporate governance (COBIT framework) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • IT Audit methodology and implementation background.
  • T awareness and technical understanding.
  • Excellent written and oral communication (including presenting).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
