Generate and nurture the sales pipeline for TOPdesk’s SaaS solution through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and inbound lead handling. Qualify prospects, understand their requirements and budgets, and convert opportunities into product demonstrations for Business Development Managers. The role also involves attending occasional UK demonstrations and trade shows, collaborating with Marketing, completing tenders, and creating Requests for Information.

Own PR and external communications across the Netherlands, Germany, and UK. Build media relationships, develop technology and AI stories, prepare executives for media opportunities, manage agencies, lead communications for key company moments, and establish measurement frameworks and a scalable European PR playbook.

Own the full-cycle SaaS sales process across the UK and Ireland, from qualified pipeline and technical demos through negotiation and contract signature. Meet or exceed quota, generate new business, manage multi-stakeholder sales conversations, navigate tenders and procurement, and partner with BDR and Marketing teams. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members and representing customer and business interests cross-functionally.
