Own product marketing for TOPdesk’s AI and automation capabilities, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market launches, demos, sales enablement, and customer proof. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Analyst Relations, and Marketing to explain technical capabilities credibly, address trust and ROI concerns, monitor the competitive landscape, and integrate AI into the broader platform narrative.

Own TOPdesk’s ITSM and ESM platform positioning, ideal customer profile, and overarching product narrative. Develop messaging that connects ITSM, ESM, and AI capabilities; support product launches; align Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Analyst Relations; and validate positioning through customer, competitive, analyst, and win/loss insights. This senior individual contributor will influence stakeholders and establish product marketing best practices.

Own UK channel partner growth by acquiring VARs, MSPs, and system integrators; building an outbound partner pipeline; managing signing; onboarding and training partners; and supporting co-selling, co-marketing, and opportunity development. The role requires extensive SaaS channel or B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, KPI-focused execution, and willingness to travel within the UK.
