Own revenue operations for sales, marketing, and customer success leadership. Responsibilities include running forecast cadences, analyzing pipeline risk, supporting quota and capacity planning, maintaining funnel definitions, managing enrichment and prospecting tools, overseeing commission-plan logic, and leading a team of 3–4 direct reports responsible for forecasting, pipeline operations, lead quality, dashboards, and recurring commercial reporting.

Own PR and external communications across the Netherlands, Germany, and UK. Build media relationships, translate AI and technology strategy into compelling stories, prepare executives for media engagements, manage agencies, lead communications for major company moments, and develop PR measurement and scalable European communications playbooks.

Own TOPdesk’s overall product positioning, ideal customer profile, and platform narrative across ITSM, ESM, and AI capabilities. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Marketing, and Analyst Relations to align messaging, support launches, and strengthen market understanding. Validate positioning through win/loss analysis, customer feedback, analyst input, competitive intelligence, data, and market trends. Establish product marketing best practices and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Lead global consolidation, reporting, audit coordination, and internal control programs for a multicurrency, PE-backed company. Prepare consolidated financials, manage external audits and PBC documentation, develop global accounting policies, support statutory/tax filings, and optimize/implement NetSuite and other financial systems to drive standardization and automation.
