Provide expert cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments; consult with clients to create bespoke looks; build and maintain client relationships; recommend products; maintain high customer care standards; collaborate with team, mentor apprentices when appropriate, and represent the TONI&GUY brand.

Entry-level hairdressing apprenticeship combining in-salon and academy training to achieve Hair Professional Standard Level 2. Responsibilities include client hospitality, professional shampoo treatments, maintaining salon presentation, and representing the TONI&GUY brand. Apprentices complete an 8-week Salon Support placement prior to enrolment and may access further training and global opportunities.

18–24 month hairdressing apprenticeship leading to Level 2 Hair Professional Standard. Full 40-hour weeks with in-salon or academy training. Client-facing duties include shampoo treatments, hospitality, and maintaining salon presentation. Enrolment requires successful completion of an 8-week fixed-term Salon Support position; progression and training opportunities provided.
