Your Role
As a Stylist/Technician, you’ll deliver exceptional hairdressing services while creating an outstanding salon experience for every client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering expert cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments
- Conducting personalised consultations to create bespoke looks for every client
- Building long-lasting client relationships and growing your personal column
- Recommending professional products and treatments to support your clients’ hair goals
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer care and professionalism
- Working collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive atmosphere
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices where appropriate
- Representing the TONI&GUY brand with pride and professionalism
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ salon floor experience
- Is confident in cutting, colouring and styling
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Has excellent communication and consultation skills
- Is organised and confident managing a busy column
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Wants to build a long-term career with TONI&GUY
