Performs SOX and business process control testing, including walkthroughs, evidence review, sample selection, and evaluation of control design and effectiveness. Documents testing results, exceptions, deficiencies, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations. Maintains control matrices and audit workpapers, supports external auditors, tracks corrective actions, and conducts follow-up testing. Collaborates with finance, operations, control owners, and international stakeholders across multiple processes and countries.

Supports SOX and IT control audits by conducting walkthroughs, reviewing evidence, testing control design and effectiveness, documenting findings, identifying deficiencies, maintaining risk and control matrices, tracking remediation, and performing follow-up testing. The role coordinates with IT control owners and external auditors, applies frameworks such as SOX, COSO, and COBIT, and supports audit activities across international operations.

Owns Workday administration and optimization across international HR entities in Europe, Australia, and other markets. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, configuration, reporting, analytics, data governance, GDPR support, testing, rollouts, project and change management, user training, and stakeholder support. The role serves as the primary Workday subject matter expert, partnering with HR, payroll, talent acquisition, IT, and global HRIS teams to improve data integrity, process efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.
