Lead design and governance of end-to-end SAP solutions across programmes. Ensure coherence across S/4HANA, BTP, SAC, IBP and related SAP domains; facilitate design authority, stakeholder workshops, solution assurance, roadmap and release planning, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, integrated business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end SAP projects, managing scoping, scheduling, governance, financials, risk, resourcing and reporting. Provide hands-on SAP configuration and HANA expertise, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and help clients realize business objectives. Act as strategic, consultative lead with strong communication and influencing skills. Travel within the UK and internationally as required.

Lead SAP Finance implementations: gather requirements, design and configure FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), test, train clients, mentor juniors, provide post-go-live support, and integrate with other systems.
