Job Title: SAP Senior Finance Consultant with S/4HANA experience (Full time)
Job Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid - Onsite/Remote)
This is a permanent role.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant with S/4HANA experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting processes and a deep understanding of SAP Financial modules, with at least 5+ years experience within SAP Finance with at least 1 full life cycle hands on experience on an S/4HANA project.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions
Design and configure SAP Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets
Provide guidance and support to junior consultants
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to manage project expectations and ensure client satisfaction
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams
Lead workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Configure SAP FICO modules (FI – Financial Accounting, CO – Controlling) to meet client specifications and best practices
Test and validate system functionality to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
Provide ongoing support and training to clients after go-live
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems
Document processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance consulting
Experience with S/4 HANA projects - at least 1 full life cycle hands on experience on a S/4HANA project
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
In-depth knowledge and experience of SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration, customisation, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, work independently and as a team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
