Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, manage project plans and deliverables, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot SAP systems, and ensure scalable, reliable solutions while staying current with SAP technologies and best practices.

Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA logistics solutions (P2P, OTC, SD). Conduct requirements analysis, facilitate client workshops, oversee configuration, testing, integration, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support. Mentor junior consultants and drive process optimisation and deployment planning while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Lead design and implement SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions (PP, QM, MES), run workshops, oversee configuration/testing/integration, guide migrations and cutover, mentor consultants, and advise stakeholders on best practices.

Lead SAP Finance implementations: gather requirements, design and configure FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), test, train clients, mentor juniors, provide post-go-live support, and integrate with other systems.

Lead end-to-end SAP projects, managing scoping, scheduling, governance, financials, risk, resourcing and reporting. Provide hands-on SAP configuration and HANA expertise, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and help clients realize business objectives. Act as strategic, consultative lead with strong communication and influencing skills. Travel within the UK and internationally as required.

Advise clients on digital transformation, lead business change and technology implementations (e.g., ERP/e-commerce), manage projects/programmes using agile approaches, develop strategic plans, engage stakeholders at all levels, drive innovation and commercial opportunities, and travel regularly within the UK and internationally.
