Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production AI and machine learning systems using Python. Own solutions across the full lifecycle, including data preparation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement. Build generative AI, agent-based systems, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using CI/CD, containerisation, cloud-native practices, and observability. Apply responsible AI principles and communicate technical decisions across cross-functional teams.

Track remediation through resolution, coordinate with technical teams, support attack surface management, identify trends, and produce clear risk reporting. The role also supports cybersecurity operations and continuous improvement of vulnerability and exposure management processes.

Manages real-time visibility into technology health, performance, and activity across digital customer journeys. Uses monitoring, telemetry, and operational data to identify anomalies, risks, and performance issues, translating technical findings into customer and commercial impacts. Coordinates Engineering, Product, Service, Data, and Commercial teams during incidents and root-cause investigations. Develops dashboards, alerting, analysis, and automation to improve resilience, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

Leads product vision, strategy, investment priorities, and outcomes across a diverse digital product portfolio. Oversees Financial Services, Driving School, mobile apps, AA Cars, and DriveTech products; develops senior Product leaders; prioritizes investments; partners with Engineering; and influences executives and strategic partners to deliver customer, commercial, regulatory, and technology outcomes.

Leads engineering capability across a value stream, aligning teams with business outcomes and providing technical direction. Responsibilities include solution design, architecture and code reviews, production debugging, software engineering practice improvements, DevOps, resilience, security, team development, and resolving technical dependencies. The role requires hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, modern frontend technologies, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems, alongside leadership of blended engineering teams.

The Scrum Master will coach cross-functional Product and Engineering squads, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, improve delivery flow, and use metrics to increase predictability and effectiveness. The role partners with Product Owners, Engineers, and Delivery leaders, supports multiple squads with varying maturity, and helps improve Agile practices, governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the technology organisation.

Own and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap, translating technology strategy and target architecture into prioritized initiatives. Coordinate plans across engineering, architecture, data, platforms, products, and value streams. Identify modernization, resilience, security, lifecycle, and technical-debt opportunities while managing dependencies, risks, sequencing, investment trade-offs, and benefits tracking. Influence senior stakeholders and connect long-term technology direction with organizational strategy and investment decisions.

Provides technical expertise across identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, MFA, SSO, federation, identity governance, and privileged access. Partners with technology, architecture, risk, and compliance teams to design secure solutions, improve IAM controls, support risk assessments and investigations, develop governance standards, and provide audit evidence. The role strengthens identity security, reduces enterprise risk, and improves IAM processes and capability maturity.

Lead the transformation and maturity of the enterprise Identity and Access Management capability. Responsibilities include defining IAM strategy, governance, standards, technical direction and roadmap; developing privileged access, identity governance, Zero Trust, cloud authentication and non-human identity capabilities; reporting on control effectiveness; influencing senior stakeholders; and coaching IAM specialists. The role requires substantial enterprise IAM expertise, Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID migration experience, technical leadership and strong stakeholder management.

Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex transformation programmes, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise integration. Translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures; produce solution options papers and high-level designs; assess trade-offs; lead architecture governance and decision records; and guide engineering teams through Agile delivery. Collaborate with senior business, product, engineering, delivery, and operations stakeholders while addressing risks, dependencies, resilience, security, data, and operational requirements.

Design and deliver secure, scalable, resilient AI and Generative AI architectures for enterprise use. Translate business challenges into production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, orchestration, and enterprise integration. Provide hands-on architectural guidance across Engineering, Data, Product, and Security; evaluate technologies and trade-offs; establish reusable AI patterns and standards; and promote governance, Responsible AI, operational resilience, and maintainability.
