People Partner serving as the HR advisor for a multi-site, regulated clinical organization. Responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, organizational change, complex employee relations, employment-law compliance, HRIS reporting, performance and talent management, engagement, retention, wellbeing, policy improvement, and coaching senior leaders and Clinic Managers. The role also includes line management of People Support Partners in Great Britain and coordination across multiple jurisdictions.
