Thérapie Clinic is a leading provider of Aesthetic Medical and Body treatments, with over 70 clinics across Europe and New York. Guided by our values of empowerment, disruption, and growth, we strive to change lives through exceptional care. We are hiring a People Partner to join our Great Britain Team. A People Partner is the trusted HR Professional for an allocated part of Thérapie Group. You connect people strategy with hands-on delivery, turning business priorities into practical people plans that drive performance, retention and colleague experience.
You partner with senior leaders ( Director of Operations and Heads of Regional Operations) and build the capability of Clinic Managers to lead their teams with confidence. You use people data to spot risk early and keep people practice fair, consistent and compliant across multiple sites, jurisdictions and a regulated clinical environment.
Strategic business partnering
Act as the main people advisor to senior leaders in your remit, offering insight and constructive challenge on people decisions.
Agree an annual people plan with each senior leader that turns business priorities into people actions.
Lead organisation design, workforce planning and change, including restructures, redundancies, TUPE and collective consultation.
Produce a monthly people dashboard (headcount, attrition, absence, ER volumes, probation outcomes, time to hire, engagement) and turn it into clear recommendations.
Employee relations and compliance
Lead complex ER casework end to end: disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, long-term absence, probation, flexible working, dignity at work and appeals.
Run or commission investigations and quality assure scripts, invite and outcome letters so cases are fair, well documented and tribunal or WRC ready.
Work with external advisors (e.g. Peninsula and legal counsel in the US) on cases needing specialist review.
Keep practice compliant with the employment law of your jurisdictions (ACAS Code, Scottish and Welsh differences, NI legislation, Irish law and WRC procedures, New York State and City law) and Thérapie Group policy.
Prepare the business for pay transparency and gender pay gap obligations, and make sure clinical registration and vetting checks are completed and tracked.
Keep employee records and HRIS data accurate and confidential in line with GDPR.
Performance, capability and talent
Coach Clinic Managers and leaders so first-line people issues are owned by managers, with People Partner support.
Lead the performance cycle, including probation, goal setting, reviews and calibration.
Support recruitment, on boarding, succession and development, including for clinical and specialist roles.
GB posts: line manage and develop People Support Partners, providing case oversight and quality checks.
Engagement, retention and well-being
Analyse attrition and absence drivers and agree targeted retention and attendance actions with leaders.
Lead engagement, recognition, well being and inclusion activity, including Stay Interviews and EAP promotion.
Maintain and improve policies, templates and processes, and support roll-out of People Team initiatives and systems.
Essential
Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, advising senior leaders in a multi-site organisation.
Proven, independent handling of complex ER casework and workplace investigations.
Strong, current knowledge of employment law in the post's jurisdictions.
Experience leading organisational change, restructures and consultation.
Confident using people data and HRIS reporting to drive decisions.
Experience coaching managers across a multi-site, geographically dispersed workforce.
Excellent influencing, communication and organisational skills; discreet with sensitive information.
Desirable
CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent), or working towards it.
Multi-jurisdiction experience (GB, ROI, NI or US).
Background in healthcare, aesthetics, retail or another multi-site, consumer-facing sector.
Experience supporting a regulated clinical workforce, TUPE or pay transparency projects.
Line management of HR team members.
