Manage and grow Tempur Sealy’s UK e-commerce business through sales strategy, promotional planning, performance marketing, marketplace expansion, product listing management, and conversion optimization. The role oversees budgets, digital integrations, product feeds, reporting, customer touchpoints, agencies, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners while protecting brand quality and achieving e-commerce KPIs.

Manage end-to-end payroll for two UK companies using Workday: calculate wages, commissions, bonuses and LTIP, ensure tax and legal compliance, reconcile pensions, prepare statutory reports (P11D/P60/P45), liaise with HMRC, resolve payroll queries, support audits, and manage the company private medical scheme.

Lead UK e-commerce strategy and omnichannel growth to maximise ROI and sales. Plan and execute promotional calendar, manage performance marketing, product feeds and third-party channels, analyse performance with Google Analytics, recruit and manage e-commerce team, coordinate agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, improve conversion and AOV, and ensure premium brand presentation and strong customer experience.
