Lead the design and delivery of secure Microsoft 365 environments, including Copilot readiness, Purview data protection, Entra ID and Defender architecture, and tenant-to-tenant migrations. Serve as technical authority across client engagements, lead discovery and pre-sales activities, scope work, estimate delivery effort, build reusable technical assets, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Advise senior stakeholders, reduce user friction, and support adoption of secure workplace technologies.

Leads technical relationships for strategic accounts, advising CIOs and CTOs on cloud, data, AI, and application strategies. Shapes technology roadmaps, supports bids and account growth, reviews solution architecture, manages technical escalations, and facilitates innovation sessions. The role provides senior client-facing leadership across pre-sales, delivery, and managed services while translating business objectives into technology outcomes.
