What will your role be?

As a Senior Workplace Engineer, you’ll lead the design and delivery of secure, well-governed Microsoft 365 environments for our clients and you’ll be the technical authority on engagements covering Copilot readiness, data protection, and tenant migrations.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead Copilot for M365 readiness engagements: data estate hygiene, oversharing remediation, permissions baselines, WorkIQ optimisation and Copilot Studio architecture
  • Design and deploy Purview solutions: Information Protection, DLP, Data Lifecycle and Insider Risk Management
  • Act as design authority across enterprise M365 environments and solutions
  • Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations from planning through to hypercare
  • Engage professionally with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders, leading workshops and building trust
  • Design for the end user, minimising friction and supporting adoption
  • Own delivery quality across concurrent engagements
  • Act as technical lead on pursuits, scoping SOWs and estimating delivery effort
  • Build reusable IP: blueprints, assessments, scripts and playbooks
  • Keep ahead of Microsoft’s roadmap and support our partner credentials
This may be you:
  • Deep expertise in preparing enterprise environments for Copilot for M365—including data estate hygiene, oversharing remediation, permissions baselines, Semantic Index optimization, and Copilot Studio / extensibility architecture.
  • Expert-level design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions (Information Protection, DLP, Data Lifecycle, Insider Risk Management) to protect sensitive data across modern workplace workloads.
  • Broad architectural authority across the Microsoft 365 E5 stack, Microsoft Entra ID (hybrid identity, Conditional Access, PIM), and Defender suite (Identity, Cloud Apps, Endpoint).
  • Proven track record leading complex, large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and third-party tooling to build repeatable blueprints.
  • Trusted advisor mindset capable of engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders—translating complex business challenges into pragmatic technical roadmaps and articulating risk-reduction value.
  • Experience shaping pre-sales pursuits, scoping Statements of Work (SOWs), estimating delivery effort, and building rapid technical confidence with prospective clients.
  • Deep focus on the end-user experience—adept at evaluating how architectural and security changes affect daily workflows, anticipating user friction, and effectively communicating change to drive seamless adoption.
  • High autonomy in navigating client ambiguity, leading discovery workshops, driving consensus across conflicting priorities, and delivering high-quality outcomes across concurrent client engagements.

There are many roads leading up to being a Senior Workplace Engineer. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Have an untraditional background? Our team is already a mix of self-taught and formally educated people. Don’t self-select out!

What we offer you:
  • You will be a part of a skilled, inspiring, and supportive team, and work in an environment that encourages long term personal growth.
