Lead consultant relations and institutional sales in the UK by developing relationships with global and regional investment consultants, promoting TDGIS capabilities to pension funds, insurers and intermediaries, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with consultant teams in Toronto/New York, advising senior management on market themes and product development, and increasing brand awareness via industry events.

Deliver end-to-end recruitment on a 6-month fixed-term contract, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing requisitions in Workday, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers and the TA team.

Coordinate and process the annual regulatory re-screen program across Europe and Asia Pacific. Serve as primary HR contact for colleagues and third‑party screening vendor, maintain master tracker, issue regulatory certificates via Workday, partner with Compliance and HRBPs, and perform ad‑hoc administration to ensure timely, accurate completion of background screening and fit and proper assessments.
