We specialise in Tapas, the famous small dishes found in every bar in Spain. Our great selection of tapas, vino and cervezas are typical of those you will find in cities and villages across Spain. Our food is meant to be shared, at any time of day on any occasion. In 2010 we opened our first Tapas Revolution at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush to rave reviews, with the Guardian’s John Lanchester saying ‘I can’t recommend Tapas Revolution highly enough … ideal for real tapas-type eating’ and Tom Barker Bowles describing it as ‘a step above’ in the Mail on Sunday. Today there are 9 Tapas Revolution Bars & Restaurants in the UK with sites in Westfield, London; Bluewater, Kent; Grand Central, Birmingham; Meadowhall, Sheffield; Eldon Square, Newcastle; Bath, Southgate, Westfield Stratford, Brighton North Street, Lakeside Thurrock and Liverpool Queen Square. Omar Allibhoy, alongside his role as Executive Chef, in developing menus and product innovation within Tapas Revolution, has won several awards and maintained a career as a successful TV chef, with numerous appearances including “Saturday Kitchen” Sunday Brunch appearing alongside other prestigious chefs and household names.
