Lead end-to-end qualitative research across Synthesia's product portfolio, from discovery to evaluative studies. Build research operations and participant panels, partner with Product Data, influence product and executive decisions, coach PMs and designers, and shape the research function as the company's first full-time UX researcher.

The Social Media Lead will manage Synthesia's presence on major platforms, shape social narratives around AI, and engage with the community while tracking trends and performance.
