Leads Synthesia’s product marketing function across AI video, interactive avatars, APIs, and future products. Owns portfolio positioning, company narrative, launches, competitive strategy, buyer research, and messaging for sales, web, and campaigns. Manages and expands a team of five product marketers, drives enterprise go-to-market enablement, partners with senior stakeholders, and applies AI agents to automate marketing workflows such as research synthesis, competitive tracking, and launch operations.

Build Synthesia’s API product marketing function from scratch. Establish positioning, developer-facing messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch processes for the Interactive Avatar API. Develop ways to reach and acquire developers while supporting enterprise adoption. The role requires hands-on API integration experience, familiarity with generative AI video tools, product or developer marketing expertise, strong communication skills, senior stakeholder management, and complex program management experience.

The Social Media Lead will manage Synthesia's presence on major platforms, shape social narratives around AI, and engage with the community while tracking trends and performance.
