Lead and develop a team of Scaled CSMs managing a $22M+ ARR portfolio. Design and execute scalable, data-driven digital customer success programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Partner with Product, RevOps, and Enablement to build automated engagement solutions, coach renewals and expansion conversations, manage retention metrics and forecasting, and represent the scaled segment to influence tooling, process, and product decisions.

Lead applied research and engineering to build production-grade video foundation models. Work includes developing latent video diffusion models, designing conditioning for controllability, scaling distributed multi-GPU training, improving training stability, building evaluation frameworks, and optimizing inference for low-latency, high-resolution deployment.

Provide frontline customer support across email, chat and social media; resolve and escalate technical issues; maintain CRM records (Intercom, Salesforce); meet KPIs like first response time and CSAT; collaborate with cross-functional teams and work shifts including weekends and holidays.
