Teams at Synthesia

Manage strategic European enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships, onboarding clients, driving product adoption, and demonstrating ROI. Partner closely with Sales to create cohesive onboarding experiences, conduct executive-level client check-ins, monitor account health, forecast risks, identify growth opportunities, and drive retention and expansion. The role also involves educating customers on Synthesia’s AI video platform and performing light video editing.

Partners with Account Executives to conduct discovery, deliver demos, scope proofs of concept, design technical solutions, address integrations and objections, and support deal strategy. Provides guidance on APIs, SDKs, security, compliance, scalability, and enterprise integrations. Builds reusable demo assets, enables technical champions, collaborates with Product Marketing and Customer Success, shares customer feedback with Product, and supports production handoffs across the DACH region.

Own presales activities across the DACH region, including discovery, solution design, technical demos, POCs, stakeholder workshops, and integration guidance. Partner with Account Executives, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support complex SaaS deals, communicate technical and business value, address security and scalability concerns, and shape reusable presales methodologies. Build customer relationships, provide competitive insight, influence product direction, and support executive-level conversations and deployments.
