Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

Senior Web DesignerThe Role

You’ll shape how millions of people discover and understand Synthesia, from our homepage and product launches to the systems that let us ship great pages fast. You’ll report to the Director of Brand Design, and join a team of seven brand, web and motion designers, working closely with Growth, Product Marketing and Web Engineering. This role is based in London (ideally) or elsewhere in Europe, with minimal travel for team offsites and launches.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and own high-impact pages across synthesia.io, from the homepage and product pages to pricing and solutions

  • Bring product launches to life on the web with standout hero moments and clear storytelling

  • Design interactive pages and experiences, such as product demos and tools, that let people try Synthesia rather than just read about it

  • Design for conversion by sharpening hierarchy, messaging, CTAs and sign-up flows, using data to guide decisions

  • Partner with Growth on experiments and A/B tests, learning fast and iterating

  • Evolve our web design system (components, templates, tokens) in close partnership with engineering, and build self-serve templates so teams can launch SEO, campaign and report pages at speed

  • Own quality from Figma to live, including clean handoff, responsive specs and QA in build

We’d love to hear from you if you have
  • A strong portfolio of shipped, live web work that shows exceptional visual craft, systems thinking and attention to detail

  • Proven experience designing for conversion, with evidence of measurable impact

  • Fluency in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour and interaction fundamentals

  • Deep experience with Figma and component-based systems, including auto layout, variables and libraries

  • Experience designing CMS-driven, modular and responsive websites, with an understanding of accessibility, performance and SEO

  • An understanding of how modern, component-based sites are built, so you design with the build in mind

  • The ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling pages, and to present and defend your design decisions with confidence

  • Strong written and spoken communication in English

We’d be particularly excited if
  • You have experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company

  • You use AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration or asset creation

  • You have web motion skills (Rive, Lottie, After Effects) or have prototyped interactive experiences in code

  • You have experience with experimentation tools, web analytics or multilingual websites
