Manage B2B client accounts from onboarding through renewal, provide technical and product guidance, coordinate quotes and agreements, identify prospects, conduct targeted outbound outreach, and introduce new product features. The role requires CRM pipeline management, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, self-organization, and experience in SaaS, financial services, compliance, or crypto sales.

Manage complex terminations and grievance investigations end-to-end while partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and Payroll. Own HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, HRIS data accuracy, reporting, and SOP improvements. Provide advisory support to managers and leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with international labor law.

Lead global go-to-market strategy for the KYB product suite: drive revenue growth, identify market opportunities, own product positioning and regulatory alignment, enable and mentor large sales teams, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
