Owns the end-to-end delivery and growth of non-documentary identity verification products, including QES, AES, and other electronic signing methods. The role manages product strategy, client adoption, partner relationships, analytics-driven optimization, documentation, support, fallback planning, and cross-functional delivery with engineering and global stakeholders.

Build and evolve anti-fraud data models using ClickHouse and dbt, ensuring data quality, documentation, lineage, and reliable metrics. Analyze fraud prevention performance across products, clients, and scenarios, evaluate detection logic, and provide actionable recommendations to Product teams and clients. The role requires advanced SQL, Python, dimensional and event-data modeling, statistical detection-quality evaluation, and the ability to identify bias, leakage, and misleading metrics.

Own the end-to-end consumer support experience for Sumsub ID, improving self-service, AI support, help content, escalation flows, and launch readiness. Analyze support and product data to identify friction, reduce avoidable contacts, improve CSAT and resolution quality, and drive product and process improvements across Product, Design, Engineering, and Support teams.
