Owns vendor contract financial review, procurement negotiations, spend analysis, renewal tracking, and cost optimization. The role identifies financial risks, negotiates improved terms, analyzes international and multi-currency spending, and recommends procurement policy and approval-flow improvements. It supports Marketing, Product, and IT teams while managing approximately 40 contracts monthly.

Leads the EU/UK partnerships team, develops regional partnership strategy, and drives revenue through reseller and referral channels. Responsibilities include acquiring and managing partners, growing existing relationships, overseeing the full partner lifecycle, coaching Partner Managers, reporting performance, and improving internal processes. The role requires strong SaaS alliance sales experience, cold outreach capability, and hands-on leadership. It is UK-based, preferably in London, with two office days weekly and monthly European travel.

Own the end-to-end consumer support experience for Sumsub ID, improving self-service, AI support, help content, escalation flows, and launch readiness. Analyze support and product data to identify friction, reduce avoidable contacts, improve CSAT and resolution quality, and drive product and process improvements across Product, Design, Engineering, and Support teams.

Own the strategy and execution of AI-powered AML and compliance products, including screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, automation, and agentic workflows. Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into technical specifications, APIs, schemas, webhooks, and logic. Lead features from discovery through deployment and billing, improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives, create monetizable modules, and serve as the technical expert for clients and partners.

Manage complex terminations and grievance investigations end-to-end while partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and Payroll. Own HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, HRIS data accuracy, reporting, and SOP improvements. Provide advisory support to managers and leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with international labor law.

Lead global go-to-market strategy for the KYB product suite: drive revenue growth, identify market opportunities, own product positioning and regulatory alignment, enable and mentor large sales teams, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
