Manages and develops Brand Managers while partnering with commercial, local marketing, supply chain, education, global, and senior leadership stakeholders. Uses customer, competitive, and business insights to create marketing plans, campaigns, training programs, and long-term portfolio roadmaps across an international matrix.

Field-based medical device sales representative responsible for exceeding territory sales targets, growing Stryker Joint Replacement market share, managing customer relationships, developing territory business plans, and supporting joint replacement procedures in theatre. The role includes surgeon and healthcare professional engagement, product demonstrations, staff training, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous orthopaedic product education. Frequent travel and strong commercial, presentation, organisational, and relationship-building skills are required.
